Banned and didnt even get once in the server?

Tried to join , Ive jsut been accepted and I got instant ban also I have problems changing my name any one can help because Im stuck with Player as name I think

the name 'Player' is banned, don't appeal for that it simply won't work! if u want to join, use a proper name!
