I have a feeling it is seeing as I can't connect to it right now as well as mike so yeah I'm guessing it is.

Yeah well its really the only explanation that I have in regards to why I can't go on server.

sorry guys, yes the server IS offline atm, im making a video which clearly shows how to zone your land( protect region), till it is finished it won't go up (too high of a risk of greifing)
