Making the clan exclusive

I have noticed the clan as around 10+ members.

Just a suggestion feel free to tell me to mind my own business because I'm new and all.

But would it be a good idea to test everyone's building skills before the get accepted in the clan?

so your suggesting from now, we choose carefully who joins the clan =p?.. i was thinking of doing that when we had a bigger player base.. (around 20)..

atm, most everyone knows if they build ugly structures/ things made of cobblestone or things made of obsidian, i clean it up completely xD

meh, i wish i had ur skills..

I guess i could do that, but to be honest when i first joined the server, it was awesome. it was basically private but now today i was kicked off because it was full, but when i finally join it lags more then before and the chat is getting spamed.
